The warranty as much as i know for this product is 3 years. If it breaks after 2 years do WD replace the drive for me ? How long should it take to replace (if so) ?

If the drive breaks at 2 years, 11 months, 30 days, WD will replace it for you.

And it usually takes about a week to get it replaced.
