Server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting

Hallo,

can no more connect with www.wd2go.com to my My Book Live device. Web page tells, device is offline, but I can access the MBL through dashboard and SSH. Only one user “root” is logged in.

In apache2 error.log “server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting” is printed. How can I rais MaxClients or how can I reset currentClient or something else?

Hi, see if you have the latest firmware update installed for the My Book Live, also try downloading the WD My Cloud app for remote access. If the problem continues, try pressing the reset button on the back of the My Book for 4 seconds.

Thanks, a simple reboot was enough to solve the problem, Firmware is up to date. App WD My Cloud are useless in this case.
