Server 2012 i cant do a backup with a script to my NAS

the problem is , when i try to backup server 2012 to my nas with a script

WBADMIN START BACKUP -backupTarget:"\172.16.18.100\Public\resqlserver\lunes" -include:c:,d: -allCritical -vssFull -quiet

in server 2008 works but in server 2012

the system sees it only do the backup if the destination disk its ntfs,

sees the destination disk its insegure use a ntfs destination

someone have any trick 

no idea, but a quick search found this…

the proble was with permisions, i use a public folder and it says the same error, but do the backup,

if  the nas cud join the microsoft  domain like other model maybe it dont have error, the user and password parameters dont repair the error, until now, maybe i put it in a wrong way
