Hi everyone,
I am trying to check the warranty of my “G drive”. The usb connector came loose so i can not use it anymore. When I try to check the warranty on the support site i get the message that the serial number is invalid. I bought the hdd at an apple store so I guess it is the real thing. I can not contact support since it is required to enter a valid serial number to send them a form. What to do?
