I have a fairly simple question, but unfortunately two separate support chat agents were unable to help me. Not their fault, but it’s annoying I can’t find an answer to this anywhere. Maybe some of you have some experience in this.
When I check the RMA support site for where I should return my RMA, it tells me I should ship it to Poland. What I would like to do instead is ship it to the processing center in Germany. It would be considerably cheaper for me to ship it to Germany. Can I do that or would my RMA be denied on arrival?
