"Self Test Failed"

So I tried running a short self test and was met with this error.

Drive A Failed diagnostic test.
Navigate to Support and create a system report to troubleshoot or obtain automated customer support from WD.

Managed to completely back up my files without any errors. I then ran smartctl -A /dev/sdb (sdb is the affected disc) and it completed without issue. I then logged back into the web gui and ran the long self test, then I downloaded the logs and here’s what it found.
