Selecting several folders for backup task impossible

I want to backup several different folders (on the same source drive, but not in same hierarchy) from MyCloudMirror to USB drive. Under firmware 1.05.21 it is not possible to select more then one folder to be backtup. As soon as I select a second source folder, the first folder will be deselected. I don’t want to creat one backup task for one folder.

I tried the UI with mozilla and IE. How is multiselection done?

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

Your answer shows that this is not only a problem in my system. I opened a ticket by mail at WD support, waiting for a reply. I am going to post their answer here.

Today I received WDs answer: The firmware is build this way. Only ONE single share/folder can be selected within a backup task. They recommended me to post an idea at the WD community idea lab.
