Seen and Unseen

Greetings all,

Recently upgraded my modem/router combo,
ex2 is visible on desktop and laptop, but app is no longer connecting via phone and TV does not see it on the network.

app is showing firmware 5.06.115
dashboard firmware showing 5.07.118

Any thoughts, is this something in the drive or is it the new router and isp issue ?
