Security and utilities software:- Couldn't locate a WD supported drive to attach

I just have WD home DUO and downloaded WD discovery app.

installed the Utilities and Security Software apps. but both apps could not locate the WD supported drive to attach?

My Cloud Home support only WD Discovery.

i tried to use it to as a NAS to stream music. Seems i am not allowed to as the drive is NOT a network server, and my music server couldn’t recognize it,

I guess i have to return it and get one like My Cloud Expert Series EX2 Ultra?

I owned WD Mycloud EX2 for many years and the drive isn’t functioning properly, so I bought the HOME DUO. Seems it is not as good as Mycloud EX2 in terms of functionality.
