Second hard disk will not start , when WD player is started?

Hoi !  

I have connected two external hard drives to the wd player - (WD) and a (STORY) both 1500 gig.  When I turn on the WD player the first time, it can only find the first hard disc (WD), it does’nt find the second one (STORY). When I turn the WD player off it finds the second  one, then I turn WD on and it finds both of them. STRANGE !! ?

Did you find a solution for your issue? Perhaps checking the electrical connections and trying different layouts may help you.
