Second backup does not work

I made the initial backup of my laptop on the slim passport. But when I tried 2 weeks later to backup my laptop so any new files would be captured, it does not capture new or revised files?

Make sure you have the latest version of WD Smartware installed.

If you do then I recommend you uninstall and reinstall it.
