Searching for a DVR and the Live Hub came up in results

First I want to apologize if this question has been asked before or is just plain dumb. But as I have been searching for a DVR or hard drive recorder, the Live Hub as pop up in my search results. But I can not seem to confirm if the Hub can actually record TV programs. Can it? Can it act like a DVR and record a show while watching another?
