I’m a photographer along with my wife. We buy My Cloud EX4 to backup our photos.
I’m trying to use the " Backup Camera" function, without the need to put the camera on the USB, since we have multiple memory cards to back up and makes no direct keep changing the camera, a card reader caters well today in direct computer.
Considering this difficulty several cameras and memory cards, we are using the card reader: Kingston USB 3.0 Hi-Speed FCR-HS3. Just does not work. I get:
“An unsupported file system has been detected on a USB device (vendor Kingston, model: USB3_0_Media_Reader, serial number: [Deleted], file system: N/A, label: N/A)”
“A USB device is facing imminent failure (vendor: Kingston, model: USB3_0_Media_Reader, serial number: [Deleted])”
Has anyone experienced this problem and know how to solve it? Or, if WD already know this problem and will correct?
