Screenmirroring: Samsung S4 to WD mediaplayer

Hi,

I want to connect my samsung S4 through 'Screen Mirroring", the WD gives the message that there is a bad connection, while the connection is perfect. So…connection failes all the time.

Busy for days to find a solution for this problem. Please help me out.

What do you mean by : have you tried a reset and/or power cycle? Hard reset ike holding the reset button with a paperclip? That means it will loose al the settings right?

Or just a soft reset by pulling the powercable out for a while?
