Screen stucks in the load blue circle for all movie files

I have WD TV Live HD Media Player for a year and until now i didn’t have problem to load and play any movie file (avi, mkv, mp4). Yesterday when i tried to watch a movie when i press play the screens stucks in the load blue circle, Unfortunately not only this file but also all files which until yesterday plays without any problem now have the same symptom.

Any idea what happens? All other functionality seems to be ok.

You have probably played a ‘bad’ file, maybe an mkv with ‘header compression’. Reset the wdtv by pressing the side button for 4 seconds and then release with the unit fully booted up.
