Scraping info for combined episodes

I was wondering if anyone has found a solution for dealing with shows that have 2-hour episodes.  The TheTVDB lists these epiusodes as part 1 and part 2, but of course I only have 1 file that contains both episode.

Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

Have you tried splitting the file into two parts?
