Scheduled Smartware backup not working

Smartware is not working for me on my Windows 10 machine. I can do a one-time backup, but scheduled backups do not happen. The program also does not record missed backups. I’ve given the program permission to get through my firewall, in case that was the issue. The firmware on the EX2 is current.

Hello mroblax,

You should try to disable the sleep timer of the computer in order to resolve the issue.
