Scheduled Internal Backups are not saved - WD MyCloud Mirror

I’ve gone through the process to create a scheduled internal back up on the MyCloud Mirror Device. Whenever I log back into the device the schedule internal back up I set up is not there. What can I do to correct this?

Additionally, because I couldn’t get the scheduled internal back up to save and actually perform monthly back ups, I decided to do an immediate back up. This then maxed out the MyCloud Device and it has no more room which should not be the case.

Do I have to download additional software to see my scheduled back ups or revert my data to a back up if necessary?

You should check after performing 4 second reset on My Cloud, then reboot n initialize it to start Internal Backup again.
