Scheduled Backup will not Backup

Running Win 7 Pro. Just purchased a WD 2 TB Ultra yesterday. Installed the software. When I tried to backup selected files, the program said “processing”, then quit. No files backed up. I saw that there is a WD version of Acronis. Should I download that & try it?

No, I did not try to reinstall the software. I downloaded the WD version of Acronis, then purchased & downloaded the full version of Acronis because of the great price.
Problem solved.
