SATA Cables don't match

I took my WD 1Tb drive out of my Dell XPS 8700, and tried to replace it with a new 4Tb WD drive…

But the cables don’t match! The old drive had power from the same bus that powered the boot C:\ drive, but that connector doesn’t work on the new 4Tb drive. There is a small SATA connector which does mate to the drive, but that doesn’t power the drive, does it? What do I need?
