How will the acquisition of SanDisk, which I think is pretty cool, affect the WD Beta Program?

This is really good question, but I do not believe the acquisition’s benefits will be felt right away if we go by WD’s integration process for HGST.

I believe SMR is a technology inherited from HGST that has shown up in products already.
