Samsung Smart TV

My WD mycloud 3TB works fine with all my portable devices both in and away from home and my Windows 10 pc.
My Samsung TV app has a strange phenomenon. It can take up to several days to recognise changes to the folder structure so videos and music take a long time to populate.
Is there any way to force a restructure of the file table on the app ?

You need to check the CPU usage on the My Cloud. You can verify it from the Dashboard.
Please ensure that the CPU usage of the My Cloud is not heavy.
