Samsung Smart TV Recording on My Cloud?

Hi All,

I usually store movies or sport programmes on a small USB-Stick. Now, I would like to know if it’s possible to connect the WD My Cloud Ex2 with my Samsung TV to record my favourite movies etc. 

As I’m a NAS-beginner it all feels a little bit like a jungle

Do you have any idea how it works?

The tv only support recording to attached usb not network. So no nas can do this. I suggest to continue recording to the usb then transfer to the nas for permanent storage.
