We lost access to our EX4100 NAS. The PLEX app still shows in the Source menu but the EX4100 doesn’t. Plex doesn’t seem to discriminate between file types and shows everything where the EX4100 could be coaxed to show just videos, music, or other. Both devices are on the same network. Suggestions?

Solved the problem. Rebooted both the NAS, TV, and PC. We’re back in business.
