Samsung Backups

Hello everyone,
I want to backup pictures and videos from 2 Samsung phones (S9 and Note 3, Android).

I have the WD app installed on both phones. There I activated the automatic backup and selected the target directory. But nothing is copied.

On my iPad, I have set exactly the same, there it works.

Does anyone have a hint, what else needs to be done?

You can configure Auto Backup through the Mobile App for the Photos or Videos stored in the Default camera directory.
