Same problem daily

I’m haveing similar issues. I have raised a report in the tech support area, you might want to add your issues to that report or create a new one. There does seem to be a few people with similar issues.

I found that when fully powering off (hold down the power button for 5 seconds), then powering back on the library came back after abbout 15 seconds, is that not happening with you?

My current theory is to do with the IP Address Lease Time (though TonyPh12345 does not think this is the case). I did a test 23 hours after a factory reset, everything was fine, then 25 hours after and the content had been removed.

With several people experiencing the same issues it really does need to be resolved. Incidentally, what firmware are you on, and was it working on previous firmware?
