Safepoints - Local USB - There was no device found

Why doesn’t this detect my usb? I have tried 2 different ones. They show on my computer but this does not recgonize them.

Not certain on why it will not appear.

What model drive do you have?

Try mapping the drives and then retry the Safepoint creation.

Or this is the infamous 0KB issue we are awaiting a firmware update to fix…

Mapping the drive has no effect on the problem.

New firmware has fixed this… Upgrade and retry USB drives
