Safepoint in My Cloud EX2 Ultra

Can some one please tell if there is a way to run safepoint on EX2 ultra or any other 3rd party snapshot technology.

Hi, in the EX2 Ultra is not called safepoint but rather, remote backup, this will allow you to backup your information to another EX device.

I am trying to create a snapshots in a flash drive or any external devices.
Is it possible to do it?
