Safepoint Error: 35603 - Your Device or Share Could not be found. Please try again to continue

Safepoint operations on MBL 2T have been working correctly up to date but they are extremely slow - takes 24 hours to backup 450GB, despite drives being on a wired network.

However, recently I have had all sorts of errors and the one that drives me crazy is “35603 - Your Device or Share Could not be found. Please try again to continue” as it happens continually whilst the safepoint backup is taking place which appears to still be backing up. I won’t know until it finishes in 5.5 hours (has been running 18 hours already).

Anyone with similar experience or ideas on error??

Haven’t seen that error message before, check if you have the latest firmware version installed. To where are you saving the safepoint backup?
