Safely Remove G-Utilities

How can I safely remove the G-Utilities appearing on my desktop?

Hi @dajanes4,

Please refer below steps to remove G utilities safely from desktop:

  • Select the drive icon and hit Command+E
  • Before powering down and disconnecting your G-DRIVE with Thunderbolt,
  • Unmount the drive by simply dragging the G-DRIVE with Thunderbolt icon to
  • The trash located in the dock.
  • Select the drive icon and hit Command+E

Hope it helps!!

Sorry, I’m a little slow. If I select the G-Utilities drive icon and click Command + E a window opens where I have to Eject G-Utilities or both volumes. If I click on Eject button, then what do I do? Thanks
