Enjoying my EX4100. I would like to keep duplicates of the data in my safe
Anybody bought extra cartridges and doing regular duplicates for safe storage ?

Just to clarify when you refer to extra cartridges, do you mean extra hard drives? This will depend on the type of RAID you have, if you have a JBOD setting it might be a good idea, however i have not tried this, lets see if another user can share some information on this matter or tips.

So i would run the NAS and let say once a month duplicate the drives and have a set in the safe
I have now setup the NAS to have family members backup and store remotely … would be a pity if we lost the NAS in a fire or flood …
