S/S 4TB Speed issue-- new Swiss machine

After installing and following instructions my transfer speed is like a snail!  It wants to take more than 3000 hours to transfer 300gb!! I am running lastest software and have even tried different cables etc.  My TimeCapsule works just fine-- but this is more than frustrating. 

I have followed the blogs and looking for help— what a HUGE disappointment.

Any help much appreciated— and I thought WD was the best…hmmmmm

What is a SWISS MACHINE exactly? If possible can you post more specifications on your computer?
