Running out of room for some reason please help!

I am using smartware to backup my C and D drive.
My C is 250gig and my D is 2t total space. C has 100g free (135g used) and D has 1.3t free (490g used)
MyCloudMirror drive is 2t and it is showing 93% full

I only have 1 version of each file being backed up so I do not know why I am running out of room.

What should I do to figure this out and get space back?
