Ever since the update to firmware 2.10.302 my WD MyCloud EX4 freezes, stutters etc. when streaming video. How can I roll back to the previous firmware version?
Hi, there has been some users that have been able to rollback the firmware on their EX4, you would need to find a file from the previous firmware version and manually “update” it.
