I have installed two wd red drives from failed mybookliveduo. in a new diskless mycloud ex2 ultra enclosure. According to knowledge base article17087, the first notification from the enclosure should have offered the option to have the drive volumes incorporated, but no notification was raised. The enclosure booted up with the drive lights showing red. When I went to the dashboard, it shows the disks are healthy, but I get a warning that there there are no raid configured volumes. While I was hoping to recover the data from the disks, I am willing to settle for just getting a useable volume.
Can you advise how I should proceed in this situation. The knowledge base article does not offer any guidance for this situation…
