I would just like to ask how to make another RMA on the same product? I already created an RMA on a product but was unable to return the product through the given time of 30 days. 

If you created a Standard RMA that expired, then you should normally be able to submit a new RMA online a week after the RMA expires (The expiration date should be available in your RMA Pre-mailer).

However, if are are unable to submit the request then I would recommend contacting WD’s support team directly. You can do so either by phone or email.

Sorry for posting in the wrong section. The rma expiration date is feb. 10. So when i try to create another standard RMA

i always get an error saying i must register a product first.

Then do as the mod posted and call WD. No one on the boards can fix problems related to the wd website.
