RMA Wrong Address

Hi all,

I will start from the beginning, I have raised an RMA for a replacement product which as created fine apart from the pre-mailer address has cut the top line of my address off which means the address is useless. Is there a way I can amend this? Am I able to edit my RMA address?

Can anyone offer assistance?

You will need to contact WD Support for this. I’d recommend Phone Support in order for the address to be updated as soon as possible.
