RMA - What is the expected delay from delivery to status update?

I got noticed by my mail carrier that the parcel containing the defective drive had been delivered to the collection point in Germany approximately seven days ago yet the RMA status page still show 1 drive “Waiting to Receive”. What kind of delay should I be expecting before I see an update?

Trying to create a support request gave me this dump:

"Server Error in ‘/’ Application.

Just want to follow up on this: I just got an e-mail confirmation that the drive has indeed arrived to the WD collection point.

You will get an email confirmation as soon as the drive ships out to you. You should receive the replacement within 5-7 business days.
