I want to clean the old drive before it goes back. I see the Wipe Zeros in the Diagnostics. Is this a safe method to wipe the drive or is there a better way?
Thanks

Hello,
Writing zeroes to your drive will do the job just fine.
If there a way to validate that the drive is clean? Some utility that checks the drive after the wiping?
Thanks
Dave
Hello,
writing zeroes is the best way. After you complete the process if you access Disk Management you will see the drive unallocated. If the drive is unallocated no data is store.
