RMA Warranty Claim for error

I’m trying to submit an RMA for my Hardisk

but one of the field need my input of home address

what ever address i put in, it keep giving me error of “An error was encountered while saving the address.”

If I’m unable to proceed, how can i submit the information to get RMA number for warranty claims.

Please help
