RMA Switch for something worse

So I recently bought 2 6TB 256 Red Pro drives from WD. I am using the in my Synology 718+ NAS. One of the drives arrived dead and had to RMA a brand new drive.

I just checked on the status and it seems that they shipped one out to me but its not what I want, its a Black drive instead of a Red Pro. I know the disclaimer says the can replace with similar drives but this is a brand new drive and the Black in not similar in specs.

What should I do, or who do I contact about this.
