My RMA # is 87662636. It arrived at WD via UPS Ground on 10/16,2018. The UPS tracking # is 1ZN064TP4334543429. The RMA status page lists this item as having not been received! What is going on? Will this delay in the acknowledgement of the receipt of my drive mean more of a delay in my receipt of my replacement drive which is still under warranty and only a few months old? I wish that I had a phone # that I could use to contact WD directly about this matter and speak with someone instead of a robot!!
