I am writing from Italy.
The day 04 agoust wd received my rma. I have the tracking of it.
Since then, my rma status is always in “pending return”.
I have tried several way to contact them, but there is no way to do it!!!
Tryed the following:
- phone number. the italian reference number does not exist!!!
- create a ticket the day 12 agoust asking information, but have not any reply from them
- left a message in the italian sub forum…no one reply
- the chat, all day long…no one reply and timeout session
Is there a way to know something about my hard disk?
How is it possible to leave customers in total absence of information about an rma return?
I can’t believe this from the bigger hard drive manufacturer of the planet!!!
