RMA rejection for silly reason

hello everyone i write this to inform you that my rma got rejected for a silly reason, i surprised when i read the mail and after checking the case WD informed me that the drive got rejected for damaged product, they sent me this image

now consider that the image is zoomed a lot this is a tiny mark from installation product,it is also on the extra metal that is on top of the drive and **definitely has nothing to do about the drives fault!!! **
this is the first time i seen a not honoring warranty so aggressive ever and we are talking about a 300 euro product.
i just replied to recheck the drive-case and waiting for a response.i hope they change the decision.
i been told that WD has one of the best RMA support but this is the worst i ever had at least for me.
