RMA Question

Hey guys, I sent in my MyCloud and I believe I read it saying “Put RMA label on 3 sides of the box, or pay UPS shipping through them. Etc.” So I was just making sure that was correct (I didn’t put the RMA label anywhere on the box so if I do, do I need to call them or something?)

But I was just making sure it goes through correctly and they know who it belongs to, etc.
