Hi, i created RMA on wd web, but i was busy and the dateline date which is 30 days from the ceation date has passed.
Now i want to re create the RMA but it fail to do so, since the previous RMA form is still open.
What should i do? I cant create a new RMA form, and i cant send the HDD using the old RMA number.

Please help me
