I bought 4 6TB WD Red Plus NAS hard drives and 3 came to me with the problem that they only had 0.00GB, I started the RMA process, but I have been waiting for almost 2 months.
Every time I contact the support by chat or mail they tell me to wait 1 to 2 days and see how much time has passed.
I am even more afraid that I have paid almost $ 1,000.00 for hard drives that I have not been able to use and that they will send me used or refurbished hard drives.
