RMA on HDD messed up

I did an advance RMA on Hard drive (Caviar black 640gb) and they sent me a 1.5tb HDD instead, and im original plan was to RAID the two 640gb’s now i got a HDD that’s off in size. What should i do? i mean it was their mistake to do this so im definatly not paying shipping to send it back to them.

I would recommend to contact WD and tell them about that, to see what they can tell you
