Apparently the only recourse is a community forum as calling the support number linked from the RMA email is 100% automated and says that my RMA number is invalid before disconnecting the call.
Clicking the RMA status link from the email the status has remained as “Received / Processing” since Sept 20, 2021, it has been six weeks with zero activity beyond receiving my product.
How long does it take to send out a replacement drive under warranty?
