Hi, I have one WD RED PRO HDD, wd4003ffbx-68mu3no, when i tried to create RMA, it show me part no.WDBRJY0040HNC-WRSN, i am in India now, and i was told this drive specifically made for US market so it cannot be RMA in india. I am not able to contact USA WD to create RMA. Can some one help me out here please
